I'm moving over from Artlogic or a spreadsheet: what can you transfer?
Export everything you need: Artworks, images, contacts, and sales history, all in CSV or Excel. Preview imports field by field and cancel in a single click, with any duplicates flagged. Plus, your previous system remains open during the transition.
How long does it take to get started?
One morning. In a real-world test, 49 artworks and 373 images were uploaded in just fifteen minutes, completely deduplicated and verified.
Is my data hosted in Europe?
Yes, absolutely. The application and your data are hosted in Europe, with encrypted daily backups stored securely at a second location.
And what about electronic invoicing?
Your invoices are already generated in the Factur-X format, complying with European standard EN 16931. MARMALADE is officially partnered with an accredited platform, and direct invoice transmission is currently being rolled out.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your accounting exports (invoices) and downloadable documents are ready whenever you need them—instantly, without having to ask.
